I used a tapered wheel brush similar to this one: Lots of 409 and elbow grease.

Was wondering about using that type of brush on a battery drill. Have a nice little ca1 that needs a good cleaning.

It has a twisted wire core so one would want to be careful not to do more harm than good in that situation. All about technique I guess.

Was wondering about using that type of brush on a battery drill. Have a nice little ca1 that needs a good cleaning. I'm thinking if you were intent on motorizing it a saws-all might be better. Inny-outy is going to get in the crevices between the fins a lot better than sit-and-spin.

Christmas came early! Santa (aka) Travis came through with the trim piece and a float valve cover! The awesome part is I didn't have to sit on Santa's lap to get them. My float valve cover had been caved in and just not worth the time to fix. You guys are the dogs danglies!
