How exciting. You have a DR1 form A with a type D control.

We used that on my 1947 mini fridge. It worked pretty well.

I’d try what joneske did with paper towels soaked in bleach cover and let soak overnight. To get rid of rust stains.

Has anyone tried hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide (teeth whitener) for porcelain stains?

I have my DR restored and running and am very happy. Thank you to all for your knowledge and experience. This site is a wealth of information with many active and helpful experts. I added more pictures to my original Google drive. I had shelves made by:
J & P Wire Products 5565 SE International Way Milwaukie, OR. 97222 503-659-5800
Thanks everyone!

That's awesome. Someone refered them to me, and I was planning on talking to them about making a shelf for my DRA2 once I have it operational. Were their prices reasonable? Are you in the area, or did you have them shipped?

Are you in the area, or did you have them shipped? They are in Oregon. I am in Massachusetts so we did everything through email and UPS. It was $240 for the 3 shelves plus $40 shipping. Took about 3 weeks. I tried two other places and could barely get a response for weeks. These guys appreciated the business.
