I'd love to post some pictures of my finished CG, but keep getting funky message about the available space for attachments being exceeded.... It turned out pretty nice.

If you take a screen shot or "grab" of the picture, the file size of the grab will be a lot smaller than the original pic with very little loss of quality. If still too big take a grab of the grab.

Did you take a look between the liner and cabinet on the bottom? Was wondering how it looked.

I give up. I've shrunk the pics down to where they are thumbnail size and the page still won't let me load them. Suffice to say, it turned out really cool. Painted it to mimic a 1930's Coke Glascock cooler. If you want to see pics and are on Facebook, check out Mattingly Brothers Garage. Pics are posted there.

I have posted several pics on this site. I use a photo compressor app on my phone. It no longer allows me to post pics compressed to less than 1 mb either. I am guessing the site is out of space.

I think you’re right timesweld this site was all most out of space a while ago. Then Ray created a google account to put pictures on and deleted some old or moved them . So one of the administrators we’ll have to confirm it . I think we’ve out grown this site .

Yes, I’m terribly sorry about that. The forum is out of space. I need to figure out what I want to do to permanently fix this. Hmm...

Looks like I can finally add some photos. So here's how it turned out. My interpretation of what a Coca Cola vending machine may have looked like circa 1935
Looks very nice! Thanks for the pictures. Love it that people are returning to old threads and updating them.
The rewiring job will make this safe and functional for years to come.
The green turned out great; along with the Coca-Cola motif. It would be at home in any convenience store back in the day! Sincerely, David

Looks very nice. Thanks for posting it’s always nice to see a finished project. It’s easy to start one but hard to finish. Curious did you sand blast the cabinet and top or something else?

This was a winter project that kept me from going stir crazy. I did have the top sand blasted, but the metal in the cabinet was way too thin and would have warped, so it was all hand sanded. The legs had some pretty heavy pitting, so a flap wheel was used on those followed by a filler-primer (several coats). It's all paint, no decals.

Thank you! This was a project I did for a cousin. It's now in their Coca-Cola themed kitchen and working fine. I took the motif based on a Coca Cola Glascock cooler of the same era.

I have to say that’s my favorite non-original top. I’m very impressed with your detailing.
This beats all the sports themed CG’s and the Raggedy Ann CK I’ve seen over the years.
