Those things are so heavy. I had one once it have a three-phase compressor and needed to be hooked up to some sort of water tower. I thought it was fascinating but I never did anything with it except scrap it. I couldn't believe how heavy it was I'm not ever bringing one of those home again.
I can't believe the seller is asking for $5000 for something that's worth whatever scrap value is. I swear one of these days I'm going to see someone's 80 or 90-year-old boiler on eBay listed for restoration.

With a wood stove mfg ban and the threat of banning any non condensing boiler, water heater, furnace etc you probably will see them on ebay for insane amounts. lol Condensing units are just like modern fridges, probably 10 years at best.
