The cord description sounds like you have a CA or early CK3 monitor top. The plug that fits the relay on the cooling unit is a special locking type patented by GE. For the socket in the back of the cabinet for the light, there was a forum member reproducing those, but that was a while back now. A small diameter 2 pin extension cord socket will fit if you can't get the genuine part. By transporting it on its back, I assume the cooling unit was strapped to the cabinet - otherwise the two just come apart when its tilted over, usually damaging the high side line in the process. There's no special procedure for starting monitor tops that have been laid on their side. However, if yours is a CA, there's some important things to know before starting it. Anyway, let's find out what you've got first.
