Greetings. I thought id share some results so far on my CK-1. After doing a bit more sealing the top of the unit to the inside of the cabinet, I gave it a run over the last few evenings. Granted, I don't have the R type relay back yet, but I have a temporary R81 in it for the time being. The photo is to indicate the positions of the thermocouples during the test. I included the circle chart to see if it looks normal to anyone. It is an empty box, 70 degree ambient. -Chris Attachments:20230126065416.pdf (1.44 MB)

The circle chart is helpful, and while it doesn't show "to the degree" it shows the evaporator going below zero during the run cycles; and the cabinet staying in the 30 to 35°F range.

The low point on the chart is actually -4F. The pen hits mechanical limit. I can't find chart paper for it that is good for refrigeration work. 10" Chessel Eurotherm 3 pen. I see charts for 6", but I don't have that style. Mine came from Oklahoma State University power plant (they were throwing it in the dumpster, and I grabbed it)
If anyone has a lead on charts, great!

SHAME on them for throwing it away! Looks like you've found a good use for it, though. Might want to copy some of the charts if you can, to cut out of regular paper.
