Greetings, All.
I finally got a Monitor Top today, CK-1-c16. Runs great, Made frost in 5 minutes.
It will need wiring, obviously. Not worried there. Pretty sure I can get it.
Unfortunately, it needs 3 of the foot pads that it should sit on. (Roughly triangular). I have one as a pattern, but am having trouble determining if anyone makes, or has any spare. I suppose they could be 3D printed, but I know of no one that has such a printer.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I don't have a 3D printer but we have some members who do. The light connectors have been produced in the past for one thing. There may be someone who has made the foot pads already. For the wiring, I looked at the hour-long video twice and found it very informative. I will likely try it tomorrow. I only ran mine with the bad wiring for a minute or so to see if it would run/ start cooling. Thank you for making it so clear on what is wired where!

There is a guy on Ebay who makes the replacement feet/pads for monitor tops, I have bought from him as have a few others on here, they are very good quality.
His Ebay username is: keep-n-time. And his profile picture is a clock, he has several clocks and clock parts listed at the moment.
I’d send him a message, when I found him, he didn’t have any made but once he did, he messaged me. Very nice guy to do business with.

Greetings,
I managed to make some new foot pads for my CK. It was amazingly easy. I used the one good one that came with the machine to make 2 molds (silicone/cornstarch). After the silicone cured, I mixed 2 part casting resin (Smooth-On 325), with metallic black pigment powder. This was then poured into the molds and cured in about 20 minutes each.
The next day, 77 adhesive was used to glue black wool felt to the bottom of the foot pads to prevent scratching the hardwood floor if it needed to scoot. All 4 were then installed easily with an exact fit. This also conveniently allowed the foot door popper to work perfectly, with zero adjustment necessary. Now looks like 1936 all over again!
Don't be afraid to try this method, it worked amazingly well!
