I believe my heater has gone bad. A watt meter read 3 watts with it slowly going all the way down to 1.5 watt. The compressor works, i only tested it for a second. How do i access the heater? Where is it located and what do i have to take off to get to it? ![]() |

There is a rubber plug at the back of the neck of the compressor. The heater is behind that. Be very careful when removing the old one. It is deep in a well, horizontal. The wires are most likely going to crumble when you move them, necessitating a re wire of the machine.

Ok thanks, will oil come out ? Should i tip it so heater is up ? Where can a buy a new heater ? CA-2-B16
