How do I remove a starting relay from a CK-2-B16? It's an easy procedure, but if your wiring is original, it may turn into a destructive process. Take the screw out, from the back of the condenser drum. This will release the relay so that it can be lifted up out of the top of the cooling fins. If the wiring is in good shape, there is enough slack to allow you to bring the relay above the condenser and then take the wiring loose easily. More than likely, the wiring will disintegrate when you pull the relay up, necessitating a complete rewire. Sincerely, David
