Greetings all, I got the chance to take a look at a CK-35 about a week or two ago. Supposedly, it worked into the 90s, when the women's son had purchased the unit and was going to restore it. For whatever reason, he never finished it and claimed it had developed some sort of short. I checked it, and found no such short. When powering on, the cabinet was about 5v to ground. I let it run for about 10min and found that it wasn't cooling. Fast forward to today, we went to pick up the unit. Man, and I thought the single doors were heavy. I got the unit off with no trouble, and checked the lines. No leaks new or old. We set it down sort of hard, and I suddenly heard a rush of refrigerant surge in the unit. Got her loaded up with no other issues and brought to a buddy of mine's house who lived nearby. Should be a nice unit when it's done. Here's some photos of the process photos.app.goo.gl/vz8rCmWoRfdvTgxv6

Wow very nice!
Hopefully everything works,I don’t have a two door.
But yes I can imagine how heavy they are.

Nice find! Is that a DR cabinet? Were you able to lift the top off easily with just a helper?

Yeah, It's a DR cabinet, I think a G-35 cabinet, or maybe a G-15, I only glanced at the tag briefly.
We had 3 people to move the machine off of the rolling platform that it had been on. It took about 10 inches off of the height. From there, two of us were able to get the top off. We took the doors off for transport as they've easily got to weigh 30+ pounds a piece.

I just bought a 2 door CK-35 as well, and based on your pictures it looks like I got the same cabinet as you too. I haven't moved it yet - do you know how much yours weighs? I'm trying not to scare off moving companies.
