I copied only the refrigerator section of this 1943 service hand book. It appears the information was condensed down to be carried with a service person in a service truck.
I believe that a PDF file protects the information it encloses from changes that can make it corrupt or damaged and unreadable. The images I scanned would be an upload of almost 1 Gb versus this PDF file I was able to create which was only 64 mb. Please proofread for omissions

Thanks for that! This would have to be one of the most interesting and useful manuals I've seen yet. It was especially interesting to finally see the official cycling times. I had a suspicion that a properly running CA would be virtually as good as a CK and the data confirms it.
