Hi Alex,
That is a CA Form A size 2 unit. The parts that you circled in orange are the light bulb socket in the interior and the plug for the light socket at the back.

Hello Axel
If I remember right you’re in France Like Ray said the parts you circled are for an interior light . It takes an Edison base light bulb . There’s also led replacement bulbs made for this type of bulb , but here in the US it’s a common bulb . On the back side is how the light bulb gets it’s power . There is an in line female socket that goes on the cord before it gets to the relay control . If you look in the suppler section on the forum there’s a person that makes a replacement female socket just for this purpose. It’s an unusual size , but the replacements work well and I recommend them . Hope this helps .

Hi Alex,
That is close. This fridge would be a CA-2-A15. It is a form A machine which was from 1933, just like the other one you posted. This one is just a size 2 instead of a size 1. It is also a 50Hz machine, I’m assuming at least. It should also have a transformer on the bottom of the cabinet to step down 240V to 120V.

Hi Axel, here is he the thread Herb was referring to: monitortop.freeforums.net/thread/45/suppliersThe info on the female light connectors is about halfway down on the first page. It states the following: “Here is another great product to consider. If you have a cabinet with a light socket you are in luck! Now thanks to the work of member Joneske and his friend Zach we have reproductions! These are made by Zach and are a very good reproduction that will allow you to hook up a new cord to your monitor top and allow you to keep the cabinet light! If you are interested you can contact Zach directly by reaching him at this email address: zmccurter@gmail.com Sorry for the bad email before, it has been corrected! Also, here is a link to the connectors so you can see what they look like: drive.google.com/open?id=0B1TLsWim04glVWVHNXBKSDRDOWs” I will add that after Zach made the first batch or two, he got involved in several other projects. I know othe3rs have contacted him and are probably waiting to be able to submit orders. I am going to reach out to him to try and get him to produce a quantity to make available for members. From what I understand, printing the pieces is fairly simple, its installing the contacts and the fastener that is the time consuming part.
