Power element information from 1941 Ranco book.

Here is some information on power elements for refrigerator controls. I believe that our Monitor Top controls probably use the saturated vapor type of charge which is really not that hard to do, not that I have had to do it yet myself. You simple fill the saturated vapor type with vapor to a temp higher than will be controlled (look page 15)
