Just wanted to get some feedback on this. Had problems with my CK-2-D16. I found a few days ago that it was no longer cycling. Upon further investigation, the contacts in the control were corroded, from constant arcs every time the compressor cycled. Fixed that, and then noticed a few hours later, that it was still not cooling/cycling. Turns out the bellows wasn't pushing the spring on the bottom of the controls enough to cause the spring-loaded mechanism to engage, triggering a cycle.
Tried using a bellows and control from my parts CA. The bellows tube was about 30% longer; I was only able to use it after sticking it in my upright modern freezer. Tried that overnight; the MT was shutting off when the cabinet temp was about 26 degrees. Finally, took the bellows/control from my first acquired CK/MT (which needs an electrical rewire and full cabinet rebuild, anyways). The CK-2-D16 works fine, but with a setting of 1, the cabinet is about 33.5 degrees, and this is after about 36 hours like that.
At least I know it has a full charge of SO2, but 36 degrees would be more ideal.

Paul,
What you have now is a few controls that are not calibrated. Read the CK manual about this. You can make adjustments.
