My friend, Keith, with the '54 Coldspot took current readings. At 70°F room temperature it's pulling 168 watts at 2.23 AMPs. Sounds a little high to me. I was wondering what you guys think? Cycle times seem ok at 6 to 7 minutes on and 20 to 23 minutes off. Freezer temperature is +10°F to +13°F and fresh food temperature is +36°F. This is on dial setting #3 which is about midrange on the thermostat dial. Even with a few door openings it doesn't seem to change the running time. Just a little concerned about the watt/amperage readings. Thank you all very much!!

I think that sounds pretty good. Newer stuff like that uses more power, lol.
