Nice frig. Post the model number and pic of the handle on door. On some the inter panel does have to come off first, not sure about this Frigidaire.

Ken, welcome to the forum. Your Frigidaire looks very similar to my 1942 Frigidaire coldwall. If yours says coldwall on the handle yours has cooling coils in the walls which is a neat feature. If not, it is just a standard model that only uses the freezer section for cooling. I'm guessing your model was made in the early 40s. There may be a plate that pops off around the handle that covers screws. Not sure. If you post a photo we can infer more information. Coldspaces and I know a fair bit about these neat machines. Feel free to ask questions about it.

Ken, it looks like that outer cover surrounding the handle comes off. I have found this to be the case on many older models. See if you can find a tiny slot where you can stick a small flat blade screwdriver in to pry up. If you can, do it gently and the cover should pop off and expose screws. I'm not positive that this is the way yours is set up so please exercise caution. If it seems like it isn't budging, don't force it and bend or break something.

I 2nd that, it sure looks like it should be the type that comes off to expose the screws.

You were both correct. Thank You. I was going about it from the wrong end I added a photo above on the handle with cover off. Just below it is a photo of the emblem at the top of the fridge, front door top. Nothing seen from the back, Have you had one of these off before? Thank You Ken

I would guess the door would have to come apart to get the emblem off.
