Let me say first off that you don't need to do anything to your refrigeration circuit. If you have more questions you can send me a personal message through this forum.
It looks like your flat top is in reasonably good shape. The refrigeration system including the compressor at the bottom, condenser plate (radiator like thing at the back), and the evaporator inside all look good. Be very careful while you have the system out of the refrigerator to not bend any tubing. Treat it very gently, there is a very irritating gas inside but it will not leak out unless you damage the system. DO NOT attempt to open up the system or replace any of the components. These are very reliable machines and they are also extremely efficient. Any part that you would replace would be a downgrade in all honesty. These machines are built extremely well and they hardly ever develop leaks. Yours especially looks rust free around all of the refrigerator components so you don't have to worry about any leaks.
However, you will HAVE TO REWIRE THE UNIT. I'm sure you already know this because your wiring is in such poor condition. It can be done and is quite easy. Take a look at my "How I re wired my Flat Top" post in this section of the forum. You will see it in the same section that you posted this. I can help guide you with the re wire if you need help.
Other than that this unit will probably need a door gasket which I can help direct you to find. It will also need paint to help keep it from rusting but you already know how to do that since you gave your Frigidaire a nice paint job. Good luck and again, let me know if you have questions. You are lucky to own one of the most reliable refrigerators ever made so there is no need to mess with it!
