Axel, this is the service valve cap. It covers the service valve which is used to charge and service the sealed system. You shouldn't ever need to get into this system. As long as your fridge works right you need to leave it alone.

Thanks you for this information CKFAN.So i will not open it. So its by this way, GE put DIOXIDE SULFURE (Gas) Inside ? Correct, these units use sulfur dioxide gas. It is toxic but it won't hurt you unless you purposefully inhale it. It should never leak out unless you damage the system.
