There is a Westinghouse of that style in a local museum. It's conventional hermetic. There was no label to identify the refrigerant type. I don't think their advertisement would go down too well these days.

How things change--, I have a National Geographic from 1800's, with a full-page ad on the back cover extolling the health and sanitation virtues of Solid Lead Pipe. One westinghouse I saw, in rough shape, had a motor with a fan blade on one end of the shaft, and a direct-drive compressor rigidly mounted on the other end of the motor, the whole suspended on 3 springs.

As I have mentioned. The Majestic I have is a hermetic unit. I'll see if I have a picture somewhere. It's very buried in my garage.
