I don't know if there's a thread about the dimensions of cabinet insulation. I'm about to start measuring that in my DR-1 and start cutting out pieces from pink foam board. I figure the measurements could help anyone else whose cabinets have rotted out insulation. I'll be doing a CK's insulation next.

No one has posted the dimensions here to my knowledge, so it would be useful data to have. Note that the cabinets and tops are not always the original pair, since later tops were sometimes put on early cabinets when the original machine failed. Foam board works well as a replacement, and appears to be as good as, or slightly better than the original Thermocraft paper insulation. If the original insulation has rotted out, it's likely to be the seal on the door or cabinet top. It's important that these are in good order to prevent the cabinet rusting out.
