Is it a wood frame box? It looks like the hinges are screwed to the box frame with slotted head screws. From the photos,it is hard to tell, but I see no way to remove the hinge pins.

Yes, it's a wood frame box. I can probably get the door off from watching videos, but that would leave the hinge pins still sticking out. I will have to look at the hinge pin covers. I wonder if they were a snap cover of some sort that can come off or maybe it's a one time use and once it's on it's on forever.
I have to do some exact measurements, but I may be able to get the fridge through the door by rotating it around the door jam on one side.
The exact same model fridge was installed in the trailer and someone took it out. How they did it, for now, is a mystery unless they cut it up with a saws all or actually managed to rotate it around the door jam but going out the door instead.
I will post when I know more.
Cheers,
Rod

Cheers, Rod On those hinges, ther's a U-channel tin cover over the hinge. There may not be an actual pin, with more of a rivet design used. Once the cover is removed, there will be access to the screws attaching the hinge to the cabinet so it can be taken off.

Research for something non toxic to remove the rust on the interior of the door panel yielded using lemon juice with baking soda. I left a paste on the spots as well as some liquid and about 80 percent of the rust has disappeared. I also continued with the wire brush. Pix to follow tomorrow. I will have to reapply tomorrow, but the bare metal is showing through. I still need a way to seal the bare metal. I am considering using paraffin or beeswax.
Cheers,
Rod
