I’m not in your state but am wondering what’s wrong with your ck .
I’v had a ck 2 b16 working for me that I completely went through and it’s worked flawlessly for years now.
But I didn’t have to do anything with the refrigeration other than good cleaning.
If you tell us what it’s doing or not doing we may be able to help.

If you have damaged refrigeration lines ,seal them up to keep air out it’s very debtor mental to them . It creates rust and let’s in moist air all bad for something this old .
