Hi Everyone, I found a DR double door Monitor Top open coil. Two rounded internal evaporators inside. I am assuming that this is a very early unit. Does not work. The relay cover is missing. Surface rust, mo cord, missing shelves on one side. What should I pay for this thing ? Thanks, George

George,
There is no set value of them. Is it a porcelain cabinet or painted? Finding shelves is an issue. They can be made. Does it work? You should just check the resistance of the motor leads and those to ground. I would check the heater before trying to run it. I would also let it run an hour if it starts.

Hi Travis. It is a painted model. Surface rust needing paint. The cover for the relay box is missing. All of the metal pieces, the latches and hinges appear to be there in decent condition from the pictures. Where is the ID plate located ? Thanks for the help.

ID plate is located in front of the controls, on the deck. Yours sounds like possibly a DR-3.
