I have run into this issue on a couple of fridges when I have taken doors apart that have the textolite strips. In both cases, the doors lined up perfectly before I disassembled them, but there were gaps at one of the corners once I put them together. I've tried adjusting the loosening some of the screws adjusting the latch and other things with modest improvement, but Iv'e never been able to achieve the fit that existed before my "repair."
Is there a proper order and method of replacing the textolite screws that will ensure the door doesn't get tweaked? I apologize if I am missing something obvious.

It could be when you pull the door strips off it lets everything expend or move a little. So when you put it back together it’s just a little bit out from where it was.
Just a guess on my part . Don’t have a better answer for you .

I contacted David and he suggested "wracking" the door. I put a block of wood in the top corner where it was pulled in and ran a ratchet strap around the bottom to suck that in. I used soft rags at every corner and pressure point to protect the paint and ratcheted it as far as it would go. It took a fair amount of force, and I had to do it four times, eventually increasing the thickness of the wood. In the end it straightened out the tweak and now everything lines up great.
