Time to part ways with a few fridges to make room, well, for more fridges, of course!
Here's a 1940 Westinghouse CE Flattop, cosmetically rough, yet functional, aside from the condenser fan (fan gets warm; maybe just stalled, needing cleaned & oiled?).
$150, located in southeast Washington State (Pomeroy, ZIP 99347).
drive.google.com/folderview?id=1-7GKvDpesqjU9xEuRTxRBboT8B6nUVD_Questionable wiring (crispy, needing replacement).
Missing both hinge covers.
Freezer door is in fine shape, even it's little helper spring.
Three curved-front racks, all are rusted to one degree or another. Two are alike, third has raised bumps for holding a chiller/defrost tray (no tray, though, sorry!).
The exterior shows signs of outdoor use (chalky paint), dings and whangs consistent with it's age and use.
Neither porcelain inner door or inner cabinet are perfect; both have imperfections (spalled porcelain).
Loose door handle; spins round & round. Functions, and is a decent handle.
Textolite (black) appears in good condition.
SO2 refrigerant, according to the data tag, and appears unmolested.
Limited history on this one; I brought it home a year ago (couldn't come home empty handed!). A light cleanup, then plugged it in. Cooled down to a 34° cabinet temp in a couple hours & cycled on & off for a couple days, then I moved it to storage. Previous owner had it set up as a porch fridge, north of Seattle at ~150' above sea level, on a small hobby farm.
Beverage fridge or parts donor, that's your call!
I'm reorganizing my storage, and a few fridges need to find new homes.
I'm open to trades of monitor tops and MT parts, trades up or trades down, etc.
Feel free to PM me if interested!
