Are they still selling the same hard plastic ones that do not fit my porcelain cabinet? Or have they changed?

The ebay feet fitted my X5 and X7 cabinets without any problems. Very happy with them.

Any of us are free to create a better reproduction foot pad and offer them for sale. It’s not like there’s a huge market for these. Yes, I’d prefer they fit a porcelain leg better, but they don’t. 🤷🏼♂️

I'm not sure how rubbery the originals were to begin with, whether they were a hard rubber or not. It's definately possible.

I would think somewhere around 75 to 80A hardness would be ideal. I have an original set under my CK-1 and they have become very hard through age to at least 75D.

Buy a dremel and widen the groove. No. Just need to hog'em out real good with a dull drill bit. Then heat the cabinet feet up with a blowtorch, and MELT the feet on them. That way they'll NEVER come off!

They need to be very hard. The benefit of the foot pads are the ability to slide a damn fridge. Members with light weight CAs and CKs might not see the benefit, but those in the DR club appreciate the mobility.
