Looking to trade:
Beautiful GE monitor Top refrigerating machine number 1250187. The refrigerator does run and cools but needs a door gasket. This stunning original unadulterated refrigerator has been in my family since new. The refrigerator has original racks, ice trays, glass tray and power cord. The original rubber/plastic feet are cracked. It is rare to find a Refrigerator of this type in this condition.
I am currently looking to trade for 1960's - 1970's Bally or Williams pinball machines or EM Arcade Guns. If I do not get any trade offers, I will most likely auction or sell outright. Unfortunately, I could not get any pictures to upload to this site. However, I have uploaded images to imgur.com/gallery/TppAJdM Titled GE Monitor Top by Dechonator.
The refrigerator is located in Algonquin Illinois.
Thanks
Dave

Very nice porcelain cabinet D2 you got there! I hope you don't mind; but wanted to correct the link so that it will be live: imgur.com/a/TppAJdM?grid so that others can more easily see it.
I'm only into the fridges and antique fans; so wouldn't have any of the other items for trade. I'm also looking for restorable fridges which I can fix up. that's what I enjoy! Yours is in too nice unrestored condition to refurbish at this time.
The door gasket is quite readily available, as well. That will make a huge difference in the efficiency and the frost level on the fridge.
Sincerely, David

Thanks David for fixing the thread. Having not used Imgur before I did not know it wasn't live. Really appreciate the help!

Not a problem! We're up against a wall with storage space on the forum so external picture links are a necessary evil now.

That’s a nice looking fridge. Unfortunately I didn’t see any pictures of the inside hopefully you can add some of those . Most of the members here are interested in the old fridges . But it doesn’t hurt to try . Hopefully you can find what you’re looking for if not and you want to sell your fridge post it here.

Love the porcelain enamel cabinet. I just bought two D-2's myself yesterday, though my cabinets are painted (and they will go on top of a 9 cu ft cabinet).
Out of curiosity, what is the asking price?

I wasn't trying to sell, really looking for a trade. I have no idea what it's value really is. The fridge has been in our family since new. I have a picture of it when it was in my grandparents home. I had to be only five or so and now I'm 58. It's currently sitting in my garage because I cannot get it in the house. It really needs to go to someone who will truly enjoy it. It is really near museum quality.
