Seems to just be a 35 CK. The others have sold apparently. I think the two soda painted fridges are there to show what it could look like if you are that kind of heathen lol.
Somebody nearby needs to contact this guy though. This is the same ad that I saw a while back. The top is obviously a CK but the cabinet might have a CA sticker that I saw a while back. This is the sticker we've been trying to find.

Correct, I saw a blurry picture of what appeared to be a CA form A inner door sticker. If I could get that to Kevin and Rob, Rob could reproduce it for all the CA's out there. I've also seen another blurry picture of it in a photo that the GE museum sent to me.

Is there a plate or something on the cabinet that identifies it as originally going with a CA top?

Not really. You just have to look at the hinges, the latch, etc to determine it. Of course GE liked to use up parts till they were gone so who knows when they officially stopped the use of certain parts.
