I messaged her earlier. She said that someone was ahead of me. It's still marked pending and supposedly needed to move today.

If only people would think ahead, but maybe this was dumped in there lap also . We’ll hopefully you get it Travis!
Could that be a converted ice box that might explain the door and the little door on the bottom?

Not updated, sold and now listed for $400. Still no word as to whether it’s functional.

I think I know what’s going on. The seller is scared to plug it in. They have a picture of her holding the cord. To be fair, it looks kinda rough…but I would plug it in lol.

I wanted the darn thing, but I am getting kind of tired at throwing money at unknown DR's. I also have zero interest in going to Minneapolis in the winter. It did sell, but not to me.

Not to much unknown about a DR. Rewind the stator and check everything else while your in there. I have terrible luck with DR'S. I do have the DRA2 up and running. 3 days its pulled down to 0 degrees in short order but who knows it might take a s*** tomarrow.

so the person that had it for sale the first time sold it to a neighbor. then he put it up for sale. he pointed out the house that it came from when i picked it up. it's still sitting on the trailer but when i get it off i will post some close up pics of it. it sits on a pedestal that looks factory made. both sides extend below the cabinet and they sit on the pedestal. look like my seager does. guess they put the little door so you can access the top of the pedestal.

Since this thread is already started I'll just continue from here. I have the frig in a building now. Not gonna work on it for a while but curious about it so I checked the windings to start with. This is what I have. Common to start, 4.4 ohms, common to run, 3.4, run to start 7.4. Any of the three to ground is 19.6.the oil heater is working too. Pluged it in and it started up and is cooling. Dident run it very long. Left it plugged in so the heater can warm the oil up and ill see how it runs tomarrow. Ill update and post some pics. Then. I want to take the unit off to see if the "hole" for the refrigeration unit is factory made or chopped in a cabinet. I think its factory made.
